Valet parking is provided for our event. When you arrive at The Umstead Hotel & Spa, simply follow the event signage to reach the valet parking. Guests may start arriving at 1:45 PM.

2:00-3:30 PM
Arrival - Check-In, Light Reception with Food & Beverages (including Wine & Beer), View Silent Auction Items, Online Silent Auction in Progress, View Live Auction Items. Chat with Hunter Randolph about historic NC pottery. Leave your mark (literally) on NC’s clay story. Watch and interact with Ryan Osborne as he sculpts a ceramic piece. Socialize.

3:30-3:50 PM
Intermission - Online Silent Auction Continues, View Live Auction Items, Desserts & Coffee. (Wine & beer, soft beverages, and water still available.)
Desserts Menu - 3 Delicious Desserts (To Be Announced Soon), Fresh brewed coffee.

Guy Charrison of Chapel Hill, NC, will be our auctioneer for our Live Auction.
